Central Louisiana Herb Society
The Central Louisiana Herb Society;was established;in October 1999. A group of interested individuals began meeting at a local herbalist's house to share their knowledge herbs. Members share the responsibility of providing refreshments each month. Each member is encouraged to bring an herbal dish or beverage at least one month out of the year.

We meet once a month on the 2nd Saturday starting at 10 a.m. Meetings may last until 12 noon or may be shorter. Free Food! Members bring delicious herbal snacks to share. COVID regulations have been relaxed - We are finally allowed to have food again & wE ARE JUST DELIGHTED TO HAVE IN-PERSON MEETINGS AGAIN!
Members receive an herb plant each month, free with their $25/year dues, The monthly meeting includes a presentation on the plant that we receive. Meetings are fun, please come join us!
We study a different herb each month. The presentation includes how to grow the herb (sun, moisture, soil, etc.), and if applicable how to cook with that herb. We offer one free meeting to one and all and hope that you might return and join us.

2550 Monroe Hwy (Hwy 165), Pineville, LA 71360. It's about a mile south of Pineville K mart & on the same side of the highway as K mart. You'll see all the cars. Come by & see what we're all about!
